Reservations Coordinators are responsible for providing service and information to guests, processing ticket sales, dining reservations, gift shop orders and preparing lists for performances.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Providing customer service with a highly enthusiastic demeanor via telephone and email for all events/spaces within The McKittrick Hotel.
-Aiding patrons in purchasing tickets and making restaurant reservations.
-Preparing audience lists for daily performances.
-Assisting with nightly check in when needed.
-Experience with OpenTable, Triple Seat, Zkipster, OvationTix, MailChimp, or similar platforms preferred.
-Capability to multitask and prioritize assignments judiciously in a fast paced environment
-High level of organization working both independently as well as with hands-on supervision.
-Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot complicated inquiries and situations.
-Flexible schedule and availability for nights and weekends.
-Minimum one year of customer service is required.
-Combined experience in arts administration and restaurant/food industry preferred
