At no time may a guest under the age of 13 years old be admitted to Sleep No More.

For Sleep No More, any guest under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied at all times by a ticketed parent or legal guardian. A signed Under-18 waiver must be submitted by the ticketed guardian at time of entry.

School groups with multiple under 18 guests must have a signed Under-18 waiver for each minor to be filed at time of entry with the house manager on duty. Additionally, each minor must have a designated ticketed chaperone who is legally charged with responsibility for the minor attending with them at all times.

Sleep No More is an indoor promenade performance lasting 2-3 hours depending on your time of check-in. After admission, guests embark upon an individual journey throughout the hotel. Following the culminating moment of the performance guests are welcome to stay on at the Manderley Bar.

Once you have completed your order, be sure to view your receipt to confirm your date and time. You will not be issued physical tickets. You may check-in at The McKittrick Hotel upon arrival. We require the name on the reservation to match one of the guests in attendance. All guests will be required to show ID at entry.

All purchased reservations for The McKittrick Hotel are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

All bags and purses are required to be checked prior to entering the hotel for Sleep No More. A compulsory bag and coat check will be available upon arrival for $4.00 per person. Guests of Maximilian  and Oz will receive complimentary bag and coat check.
